商业化热弹性聚氨酯和吸收剂THUV-328复合体系拉伸性能初探 被引量:1

摘要 为满足寒地低阻尼聚氨酯材料运动器材市场需求,提出在耐低温商业化聚氨酯WHT-8185中添加大量紫外线吸收剂THUV-328来改善其性能方案,采用溶液法制备了不同THUV-328比例的耐低温、低阻尼聚氨酯基复合材料。借助SEM及拉伸试验等表征手段对其断口形貌及拉伸性能进行了研究。结果表明,低含量下小分子THUV-328与聚氨酯界面固溶较好,聚氨酯完整性被破坏;高含量下小分子析出量加大,基体出现断层、孔洞、裂纹等缺陷。拉伸实验表明,小变形条件下,THUV-328具有增强复合材料弹性模量和刚度作用;大变形条件下,小分子比率<1时,复合材料塑性行为增强,>1时,材料韧性下降,易断裂。该研究拓展了聚氨酯基复合材料的应用领域,为新型寒地低阻尼材料的研发提供了新思路。 In order to meet the market demand of low-damping polyurethane sports equipment in cold regions,this paper proposes to add a large amount of UV absorber THUV-328 to low-temperature resistant commercial polyurethane WHT-8185 to improve its performance.Low-temperature resistant and low-damping polyurethane-based composites with different THUV-328 ratios were prepared by solution method.The fracture morphology and tensile properties were studied by means of SEM and tensile test.The results showed that the small molecule THUV-328 had good solid solution at the interface with polyurethane at low content,and the integrity of polyurethane was destroyed.At high content,the precipitation of small molecules is increased,and defects such as faults,holes and cracks appear in the matrix.Tensile tests show that THUV-328 can enhance the elastic modulus and stiffness of composites under small deformation.Under the condition of large deformation,the plastic behavior of the composite increases when the ratio of small molecules is less than 1,while the toughness of the composite decreases and it is easy to fracture when the ratio is greater than 1.This research expands the application field of polyurethane matrix composites and provides a new idea for the research and development of new low damping materials in cold regions.
