摘要
提出了两种威尔金森功分器拓扑结构进行比较分析,选择了工程容易实现的结构方式。通过ADS工具计算出50 Ω微带线波长及线宽等参数,在AutoCAD软件中绘制出DXF模型。之后将模型导入HFSS软件进行仿真,经过数次迭代仿真,得出性能良好垂直过渡输出的功分器。实物测试结果和仿真结果吻合,输入输出端口驻波比优于1.5,幅度一致性小于1 dB,隔离度大于15 dB,可以满足前端功率合成等应用。
A better one is adopted between two kinds of Wilkinson power divider topologies after comparison and analysis. By using the tools of ADS software, the wavelength and width of the microstrip with specified impedance of 50 Ω can be obtained. Then the model of DXF type is designed by AutoCAD software. The model can be imported into project of HFSS. After several simulations, the PD with vertical transition output is completed. The tested results of the PD tally with the simulation results, the input and output VSWR is less than 1.5, the amplitude consistency is less than 1 dB,and the isolation between every two ports is greater than 15 dB. Therefore, this design can be used in power dividers or power combining applications in RF frond-end.
