摘要
多层陶瓷电容器MLCC是片式电容器的一种,其主要功能在于旁路、去耦、滤波和储能。随着电子设备对轻、薄、小的追求,小尺寸高容量MLCC成为电容器产品的主流产品,同时市场对其可靠性尤其是寿命特性提出了更高的要求。为了改善小尺寸高容量MLCC的寿命特性,通过改良粘合剂体系及选用适当的分散工艺,提高瓷粉的分散效果,确保薄介质膜片的质量。通过快速升温烧结减少烧成内应力和产品内部结团,显著改善了小尺寸高容量MLCC的寿命特性。
MLCC is a kind of chip capacitor whose main functions are bypass, decoupling, filtering and energy storage. With the pursuit of light, thin and small electronic equipment, small size and high capacitance MLCC has become the mainstream of capacitor products. Meanwhile, higher requirements of its reliability, especially its life characteristics, have been put forward by the market. In order to improve the life characteristics of small size and high capacitance MLCC, the dispersing effect of ceramic powder was improved to ensure the quality of thin dielectric diaphragm by improving the adhesive system and selecting appropriate dispersing process. In addition, the life characteristics of small size and high capacitance MLCC were significantly improved by rapidly heating sintering to reduce the sintering internal stress and the agglomeration inside the products.
