连续性助产护理对初产妇自然分娩率 选择非药物镇痛分娩的影响研究

The effects of continuous midwifery care on natural delivery rate and selection of non-drug analgesic delivery

目的分析连续性助产护理对初产妇自然分娩率、选择非药物镇痛分娩的影响。方法随机选取我院80例初产妇分为A组与B组,各40例。A组采用传统助产模式,B组采用连续性助产护理模式,对比2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、自然分娩率及其选择非药物镇痛分娩情况。结果2组入院时SAS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后B组SAS评分为(48.31±6.21)分,显著低于A组的(65.59±7.11)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组的自然分娩率、非药物镇痛分娩选择率明显高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连续性助产护理模式的应用可以有效减少初产妇的焦虑情况、提高自然分娩率,并且有助于提升非药物镇痛分娩选择率,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effects of continuous midwifery care on natural delivery rate and selection of non-drug analgesic delivery. Methods 80 first-time mothers in our hospital were randomly selected into group A and group B,with 40 each. Group A adopted the traditional midwifery mode,and group B adopted the continuous midwifery nursing mode to carry out the nursing research. The anxiety self-rating (SAS)scale,natural delivery rate and the choice of non-drug analgesic delivery were compared between the two groups. Results there was no statistically significant difference in SAS scores on admission between the two groups of patients with primary parturients(P>0.05). After admission,the SAS score (48.31±6.21)was significantly lower than that of group A (65.59±7.11),with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The rate of natural childbirth in group B was 87.50%,significantly higher than 37.50% in group A. The selection rate of non-drug analgesic delivery in group B was significantly higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of continuous individualized midwifery model can effectively reduce maternal anxiety and increase the natural delivery rate. And it can help improve the selection rate of non-drug analgesic delivery. It should be widely used in clinic .
