磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗儿童流感样症状的疗效及护理体会

Effect of oseltamivir phosphate granules on the treatment of infantile flu-like symptoms and nursing experience

目的评价磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗儿童流感样症状的疗效和安全性。方法按就诊先后顺序将我科120例流感样症状患儿随机分为观察组60例和对照组60例,2组均给予常规对症治疗,对照组给予利巴韦林颗粒口服,观察组给予磷酸奥司他韦颗粒口服治疗,对比2组临床疗效、症状缓解时间及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的78.3%(P<0.05);观察组患儿的完全退热时间、卡他样症状消失时间、疲劳缓解时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);2组退热起效时间相当,无明显差异(P>0.05);2组均有轻微不良反应出现,经对症处理后消失,对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗儿童流感样症状,疗效显著,安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of oseltamivir phosphate granules in treating children flu-like symptoms. Methods 120 cases of sick children with flu-like symptoms were randomly divided into 60 cases in observation group and 60 cases in the control group.Both groups were given routine symptomatic treatment.The control group was given oral medication,ribavirin granule,while the observation group was received oral medication treatment of oseltamivir phosphate granules.Compare two groups of clinical efficacy,symptom relief time and adverse reaction.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than 78.3% in the control group.(P<0.05);The total lost fever time,withdrawal time catarrhal symptom,fatigue relief time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in effect time of losing fever between the two groups.(P>0.05);Both groups showed mild adverse reactions and disappeared after symptomatic treatment.There was no significant difference.(P>0.05).Conclusion Oseltamivir phosphate granules are effective and safe in treating children flu-like symptoms. They are worthy of clinical promotion.
