恢复期精神分裂症患者实施人性化护理的效果观察

Observation of effect of humanistic nursing management in patients with schizophrenia at convalescence stage

目的观察恢复期精神分裂症患者实施人性化护理的效果。方法随机选取2017年3月—12月我院精神科收治的恢复期精神分裂症患者130例,依据护理方法的差异分为常规护理组(n=65)和人性化护理组(n=65),对2组SCL-90评分、SDSS评分、BPRS评分、护理满意度进行对比。结果护理前2组患者的SCL-90评分、SDSS评分、BPRS评分差异均不显著(P>0.05);护理后2组上述评分均显著低于护理前(P<0.05),且人性化护理组低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。人性化护理组护理满意度95.4%,显著高于常规护理组的66.2%(P<0.05)。结论恢复期精神分裂症患者实施人性化护理的效果较常规护理更为显著,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of humanistic nursing management in patients with schizophrenia at convalescence stage.Methods 130 cases of schizophrenic patients were randomly selected from the psychiatric department of our hospital in March 2017 _12 months. According to the nursing management methods,these patients were divided into two groups,the routine nursing management group (n=65)and the humanized nursing management group (n=65),and the SCL-90 score,the SDSS score,the BPRS score and the nursing satisfaction were statistically analyzed.Results The SCL-90 score,SDSS score and BPRS score of the two groups were significantly lower than that before nursing management(P<0.05),and the difference of SCL-90 score,SDSS score and BPRS score between the two groups before nursing management was not significant (P>0.05),and the SCL-90 score and SDSS of the patients in the nursing management group of the nursing management group were the SCL-90 score and the SDSS. The score and BPRS score were significantly lower than that of the conventional nursing management group (P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction 95% was significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing management group 66.2%(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of humanistic nursing management in patients with convalescent schizophrenia is better than routine nursing management,so is worthy of promotion and application in the clinical.
