基于PDCA循环模式对护生进行岗前操作培训的效果分析

Effect analysis of pre-post operation training in nursing students based on PDCA cycle model

目的探讨护生岗前操作培训实施PDCA循环模式的效果。方法将2016年4月—7月来院实习的168名护生设为对照组,2017年4月—2018年7月来院实习的161名实习护生设为观察组,对照组采用常规培训方法,观察组采用基于PDCA循环模式的培训方法。观察2组护生的培训后操作考核成绩及对老师带教能力的评价。结果观察组护生所有操作培训考核项目得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同学历观察组护生对老师的知识、技能及能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于PDCA循环模式对护生进行岗前操作培训,能有效提升护生操作技能水平,提高培训老师的带教能力,值得临床推广应用。

0bjective To explore the effect of pre-post operation training based on PDCA cycle model in nursing students. Methods 168 nursing students who came to the hospital from April,2016 to July,2016 received the routine training method were selected as control group,161 nursing students who came to the hospital from April,2017 to July,2018 received the method based on the PDCA cycle model for training were selected as the observation group.Operational assessment results of two groups of nursing students after training and the teacher's ability to teach are observed.Results The scores of nursing students in the observation group of all operation training assessment items were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);The scores of teachers' knowledge,skills and abilities in nurses from different academic observation groups were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01)(P<0.01).Conclusion Based on PDCA cycle mode,pre- post training for nursing students can effectively improve the nursing student's operating skill level and improve the training ability of the training teacher,which is worthy of clinical application.
