Cloud computing is an emerging diversified application model with huge market potential and application value,bringing new opportunities for innovative development in all fields.Based on the cloud computing environment,this paper discusses the optimization design of the file management system,analyzes the key points of the current file management system,sorts out the advantages of cloud computing,studies the university file management system under the cloud computing environment,and proposes new ideas for the development of the information management field under the background of the information age.
