2016—2017年山东省济南市犬布鲁氏菌病血清流行病学调查

Seroepidemiological Investigation on Brucellosis in Canine in Jinan City of Shandong Province from 2016 to 2017

为初步了解山东省济南市犬布鲁氏菌病流行情况,2016—2017年,在济南市5个辖区采集502份犬血样,利用竞争ELISA抗体试剂盒、虎红平板凝集试验,分别检测光滑型(猪、牛、羊种)和粗糙型(犬种)布鲁氏菌抗体。结果显示,济南市犬布鲁氏菌光滑型、粗糙型抗体阳性率分别为8.76%、1.99%。结果表明,济南市宠物犬中的光滑型布鲁氏菌感染率较高,潜在传播风险较大,应引起高度重视。

In order to preliminarily recognize the prevalence status of Brucella in canine in Jinan City of Shandong Province,502 canine blood samples were collected from 5 regions in Jinan City from 2016 to 2017,and the antibodies against smooth Brucella(B.suis、B.abortus、B.melitensis)and rough Brucella(B. canis)were detected by competitive ELISA antibody kits and rose bengal plate agglutination test(RBPT). The results showed that the positive rates of the two kinds of antibodies were 8.76% and 1.99% respectively,indicating that the infection of smooth Brucella in canine was relatively severe,and the potential spreading risk was relatively high,hence high attention should be paid to.
