摘要
文章以安徽省16地市残疾人专职委员为研究对象,从队伍结构、履职能力、选拔机制、培训考核体系、薪酬待遇5个方面展开调查,发现了安徽省残疾人专职委员队伍自身与队伍管理两大方面共计6个维度中存在的问题,针对这些问题提出了自准入阶段至培训考核阶段的体系完善对策,以及残疾人专职委员始自高校教育的职业化之路。
The full-time workers on disability in 16 cities of Anhui province are taken as the research object. This article investigates and studies the status quo of team structure, performance capacity, selection mechanism, training and assessment system, salary and welfare. The results objectively describes the problems existing in six dimensions of the two major aspects which are called"team quality"and"team management"of the full-time workers in Anhui Province.Then it puts forward the improvement measures for the system from the access stage to the training and assessment stage,and it also gives the viewpoint of starting professional preparation which origins from college education.
