摘要 文章基于智能电能表检定检测数据,建立全寿命周期的故障分析模型,针对影响电能表故障的内外部因素进行定量及定性分析评价;运用大数据工具和方法挖掘智能电能表故障分布规律,及时发现计量资产的家族性缺陷,建立运行电能表故障预/告警联动机制,有效预防大范围的故障爆发;依据质量分析结果,开展对供应商产品质量、设计方案等的量化评价及分级管理,有效指导其促进产品质量的提升,为智能电能表招标提供参考。 Based on the verification test data of smart meter, the life cycle quality analysis model is established, and the internal and external factors that affect the quality of the smart meter are quantitatively and qualitatively evaluated. It uses big data tools and methods to excavate the distribution rules of smart meters’ faults, finds out family defects of measurement assets in time, sets up the linkage mechanism of fault prewarning/alarm for running smart meter energy meters, and effectively prevents large scale breakdown outbreaks. Based on the results of quality analysis, the quantitative evaluation and hierarchical management of supplier’s product quality and design plan are carried out,effectively guiding its promotion of product quality and providing reference for bidding of smart meter.
