褐煤还原酸浸锌冶炼钴渣焙砂的试验研究

摘要 我国的钴资源匮乏,因此人们需要有效回收有机钴渣。焙烧渣大多含有高价钴氧化物,需添加SO2或Na2SO3进行还原浸出,其间不可避免地放出刺激性气体SO2,造成设备成本上升。本试验采用新型环保浸钴剂褐煤代替Na2SO3还原浸出钴,结果表明,在最佳条件下,浸出终渣含钴<0.09%,钴浸出率>99%。 China's cobalt resources are scarce, so people need to effectively recycle organic cobalt slag. Most of the calcined slag contains high-valence cobalt oxide, which needs to be added with SO 2 or Na 2 SO 3 for reduction leaching. In the meantime, the irritating gas SO 2 is inevitably released, resulting in an increase in equipment costs. In this experiment, the new environmentally friendly leaching agent lignite was used instead of Na 2 SO 3 to reduce the leaching of cobalt. The results showed that under the optimal conditions, the final leaching residue contained cobalt was < 0.09% and the cobalt leaching rate was > 99%.
