摘要
利用不同污泥与基坑土混合制备烧结砖,本文研究不同污泥对砖体烧失量、抗压强度的影响以及不同烧结温度下污泥砖的烧结效果。结果表明,掺加污泥增加砖体的烧失量,且与污泥自身的烧失率呈正相关;掺加污泥显著降低烧结砖强度,降幅在26.7%~50.0%;XW污泥在不同温度下烧结形态和性能差异明显,950℃条件下污泥烧结砖性能相对较优。
In this paper, different sludges were mixed with foundation pits to prepare sintered bricks. The effects of different sludges on the loss and compressive strength of bricks and the sintering effect of sludge bricks at different sintering temperatures were studied. The results show that the addition of sludge increases the loss on the brick body and is positively correlated with the burnout rate of the sludge itself. The addition of sludge significantly reduces the strength of the sintered brick, with a drop of 26.7% to 50.0%;the XW sludge is different;the sintering morphology and performance are obviously different at temperature, and the sludge sintered brick performance is relatively better at 950℃.
