摘要
氯化体系酸性蚀刻是PCB生产过程中副产的一种废液,废液主要由氯化铜、盐酸等组成,属于危险废物。本文介绍了一种氯化体系酸性蚀刻废液的资源化工艺,蚀刻废液中的铜以阴极铜的形式回收、氯以工业盐的形式回收,二者均为市场紧俏产品,经济效益良好、环境效益显著。
Acid etching of chlorinated system is produced from PCB production enterprises. Waste liquid is mainly composed of CuCl 2 , HCl, etc., and is a hazardous waste. This paper introduces a resource process of acid etching waste liquid of chlorinated system. Copper in etching waste liquid is recovered in the form of cathode copper, and chlorine is recovered in the form of industrial salt. All of them are urgent products in the market, with good economic benefits and significant environmental benefits.
