In the new era, China has vigorously developed a green economy, emphasizing energy conservation and emission reduction and environmental protection. China is in the critical period of economic restructuring, actively adjusting the industrial structure and promoting the conversion of old and new kinetic energy. The conversion of new and old kinetic energy can effectively solve problems such as overcapacity, unreasonable industrial structure, and low product quality, and optimize the allocation of natural resources in China. At present, it is imperative to promote the conversion of old and new kinetic energy.
