摘要 新时代,我国大力发展绿色经济,强调节能减排和环境保护。我国正处在经济结构转型的关键期,积极调整产业结构,推进新旧动能转换。新旧动能转换,可以有效解决产能过剩、产业结构不合理、产品档次过低等问题,优化我国自然资源配置。当前,推进新旧动能转换势在必行。本文分析了新旧动能转换的基本概念,全面探讨了新旧动能转换的必要性和有效方法,以实现节能减排和环境保护,促进经济发展和产业进步。 In the new era, China has vigorously developed a green economy, emphasizing energy conservation and emission reduction and environmental protection. China is in the critical period of economic restructuring, actively adjusting the industrial structure and promoting the conversion of old and new kinetic energy. The conversion of new and old kinetic energy can effectively solve problems such as overcapacity, unreasonable industrial structure, and low product quality, and optimize the allocation of natural resources in China. At present, it is imperative to promote the conversion of old and new kinetic energy. This paper analyzes the basic concepts of new and old kinetic energy conversion, comprehensively explores the necessity and effective methods of new and old kinetic energy conversion, in order to achieve energy saving and environmental protection, and promote economic development and industrial progress.
