核电厂放射性化学去污废液预处理新技术 被引量:2

New technology for Pretreatment of Radioactive Chemical Decontamination Waste Liquid in Nuclear Power Plants

摘要 核电站热检修车间产生的化学去污废液成分复杂,含有一定量的有机物,需要采用化学去污废液预处理工艺进行有效处理。该工艺主要利用UV/Fenton氧化技术,不仅可以有效去除热车间化学去污废液中的有机物,还能显著降低废液中的核素和重金属离子。人们可以选用该工艺对化学去污废液进行预处理,从而简化工艺流程,其具有能耗低、二次废物量少、运行维护费用低等优点,有较好的示范作用和推广前景。 The chemical decontamination waste liquid produced by the nuclear power plant thermal inspection workshop is complex and contains a certain amount of organic matter, which needs to be treated effectively by the chemical decontamination waste liquid pretreatment process. The process mainly utilizes UV/Fenton oxidation technology, which not only can effectively remove organic matter in the chemical decontamination waste liquid of the hot workshop, but also significantly reduce the nuclides and heavy metal ions in the waste liquid. The process can be used to pretreat the chemical decontamination waste liquid, thereby simplifying the process. It has the advantages of low energy consumption, low secondary waste, low operation and maintenance costs, and has a good demonstration role and promotion prospect.
