可持续生态视域下重庆市大气污染防治长效机制探讨

Discussion on Long-term Mechanism of Air Pollution Prevention and Control in Chongqing from the Perspective of Sustainable Ecology

走可持续生态发展路线,是新时期国家建设和经济发展的重要纲领。《大气污染防治行动计划》的出台,令大气污染防治工作再次进入公众视野,成为政府、民众关注的一大焦点。经过多年来的不懈努力,大气污染治理的目标不再是单一的污染指标物控制,而是逐步向改善大气环境质量过渡。伴随管理目标的切换,重庆市大气污染防治工作必须形成一套长效管控机制。基于此,本文分析了重庆市大气污染现状,探究了构建重庆市大气污染长效工作机制的具体路径。

Taking the path of sustainable ecological development is an important program for national construction and economic development in the new era. The promulgation of the "Air Pollution Prevention Action Plan" has once again brought air pollution prevention and control work into the public eye and has become a major focus of the government and the public. After years of unremitting efforts, the goal of air pollution control is no longer a single pollution indicator control, but a gradual transition to improve the quality of the atmospheric environment. With the switching of management objectives, Chongqing's air pollution prevention and control work must form a long-term management and control mechanism. Based on this, this paper analyzes the current situation of air pollution in Chongqing and explores the specific path of constructing a long-term working mechanism for air pollution in Chongqing.
