中药内服加灌肠配合针灸治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床疗效

Clinical effect of traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Enema combined with Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of tubal obstructive Infertility

目的:分析探讨中药内服加灌肠配合针灸治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年5月~2017年3月本院妇产科收治的输卵管阻塞性不孕患者76例,随机分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组使用输卵管通水术进行治疗,观察组中药内服加灌肠配合针灸治疗,比较两组输卵管通畅度以及受孕有效率。结果:观察组输卵管通畅总有效率、受孕总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服加灌肠配合针灸治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕治疗效果显著,具有广泛推广的价值。

Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine plus enema combined with acupuncture in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility. Methods: From May 2016 to March 2017, 76 patients with tubal obstructive infertility in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=38) and observation group(n=38). The control group was treated with fallopian tube drainage, the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and enema combined with acupuncture and moxibustion. The patency of fallopian tubes and the effective rate of pregnancy were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of tubal patency and pregnancy in the observ ation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicine plus enema and acupuncture for the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility has a significant effect and has a wide range of promotion value.
