中医骨伤手法配合中药内服治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效分析

TCM Manipulation Combined with Herbal Oral Administration for Cervical Spondylopathy of Vertebral Artery

目的:探讨中医骨伤手法配合中药内服治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用中药内服治疗,观察组则采用中医骨伤手法配合中药内服治疗,分析两组临床疗效及临床症状评分、生活质量改善情况。结果:观察组临床症状评分、生活质量评分改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。结论:中医骨伤手法配合中药内服治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of TCM manipulation combined with herbal oral administration for cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery. Methods: 60 cases of patients with cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery were randomly divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30), the control group treated with herbal oral administration while observation group combined with TCM manipulation, analyzed the efficacy and improvement of symptoms scores and quality of life in the two groups. Results: The improvement of symptoms scores and life qualtiy scores in observation group were significantly better than control group (P<0.05);the overall response rate of observation group was 96.67%, which was sinigicantly higher than 70.00% that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM manipulation combined with herbal oral administration has a significant curative effect on cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery, which deserves clinical promotion and application.
