直肠前壁全层切闭术联合中药及生活调整治疗直肠前突型便秘临床研究

Effect of Full Layer Resection of Anterior Rectal Wall Combined with Chinese Medicinals and Life Adjustment in Treatment of Protrusive Constipation of Rectum

目的:探讨直肠前壁全层切闭术联合中药及生活调整治疗直肠前突型便秘的临床疗效。方法:将50例直肠前突型便秘患者分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组患者接受直肠前壁全层切闭术治疗,观察组在此基础上加以中药治疗及生活方式干预,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率92.00%,对照组76.00%;观察组症状积分显著低于对照组;观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后随访率100%,随访1年内,观察组2例(8%)复发便秘,对照组8例(32%)复发便秘,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:直肠前壁全层切闭术联合中药及生活方式干预治疗直肠前突型便秘可显著提升疗效,改善临床症状,促进患者生活质量的提高,降低便秘复发率。

Objective;To investigate the effect of full layer resection of anterior rectal wall combined with Chinese medicinals and life adjustment in the treatment of protrusive constipation of rectum.Methods:Fifty patients with protrusive constipation of rectum were selected and were divided into control group and obser-vation group,25 patients in each group.The control group were given completely resection of the anterior rectal wall,while the 25 patients in the observation group were further treated with Chinese medicinals and life adjustment.Therapeutic effects of two groups were observed.Results;The total effective rate in the observation group were 92.00%,and in the control group was 76.00%.The symptom score of the ob-servation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the score of life quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,both with statistical significances(P<0.05).The followed-up rates were 100%after operation.During the follow-up period of 1 year,there was 2 cases(8%)of constipation relapse in the observation group,and 8 cases(32%)in the control group,with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anterior rectal wall combined with Chinese medicinals and life adjustment in the treatment of protrusive constipation of rectum can significantly improve the curative effect,clinical symptoms,and the quality of life,reduction of the recurrence rate of constipation.
