国医大师张学文从肝脾论治郁证经验探析

Experience of Professor ZHANG Xuewen in Treating Depression from Liver and Spleen

国医大师张学文教授从肝脾两脏五行乘侮关系出发,探讨郁证的发生与发展。认为两者虽功能不同,但都在调畅情志方面发挥重要作用,且二者存在密切的生理与病理关系,若木郁乘土、土壅侮木、土木不疏都将导致郁证内生。因此临床上从肝脾两脏五行关系着手,将郁证分为怒郁、思郁、忧郁三类,分别以疏肝解郁、清热除湿,理气疏肝、健脾化痰,行气解郁、益气健脾为治则,治疗湿热内蕴、痰气互结、肝脾亏虚型郁证,可收良效。

Based on the over-restriction and counter-restriction relationships between liver and spleen,Professor ZHANG Xuewen,entitled Traditional Chinese Medicine Master,explored the occurrence and development of depression.Although liver and spleen are different on functions,they both play important roles in the regulation of emotions,and both are closely related with each other physically and pathologically.Wood depression over-restricting earth,earth congestion over-restricting wood,and earth and wood failing to soothe,all could cause depression.Therefore,depression in clinic could be divided into 3 categories,angry depression,refection depression and melancholy depression,based on the over-restriction and counter-restriction relationships between liver and spleen,and hence was given“soothing liver and relieving depression,clearing heat and removing dampness”,“regulating qi and soothing liver,invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm”,,and“moving qi and relieving depression,benefiting qi and invigorating spleen”,respectively,to treat internal accumulation of damp heat,inter-binding of phlegm and qi,and deficiency of liver and spleen,with satisfactory effect.
