医学院校师生人文教育认知现状的调查研究

Investigation on the Cognition of Humanities Education for Teachers and Students in Medical Universities

采用问卷调查方式了解医学院校师生关于医学人文教育认知的现状。大多数师生赞同医学人文教育是临床教学及出科考核的重点内容,但有部分教师和实习医生不予以重视。人文教育实施过程中存在课程学时过少、内容与工作实践脱节、教学形式与方法单一等问题。教师及实习医生对于人文教育授课模式、教学及考核的重点内容的认知存在一定的差异。医学院校师生需更加重视医学人文教育,通过丰富医学人文教育授课模式、强调医学人文教育重点及加强医学人文培训和考核,不断提高医学人才的人文素养。

Questionnaire was used to investigate the cognition of humanistic education among teachers and students in medical universities. Most of the teachers and students agree that the medical humanistic education is one of the key contents of clinical teaching and examination, while some teachers and interns pay little attention to it. In the process of implementing humanistic education, there arc some problems, such as lack of curriculum, disconnection between contents and practical work experiences as well as simple teaching method. Teachers and interns have different perspectives of the teaching mode, training and assessment of humanistic education. Teachers and students in medical universities should pay more attentions to humanistic education. By enriching the teaching mode of humanistic education, emphasizing the key points of humanistic education and strengthening humanistic training and assessment, the humanistic quality of medical talents will be continuously improved.
