检测标准发生变更时,检验检测机构应做好新方法的验证工作。本文以水果和蔬菜中阿维菌素残留量测定标准变更为例,详述了如何开展方法验证,以期为化学分析方法发生变更时更好地开展验证工作提供参考。

The inspection and testing organization should do a good job of verifying the new method when the test standard changed.In this paper, the change of avermectin residue in fruits and vegetables was taken as an example,the process of method validation was detailed,in order to provide reference for better verification of chemical analysis methods.
