在新时代下,针对中国煤炭市场及煤炭企业变革情况,提出煤炭工业发展的八个战略新取向,包括全球煤炭产业发展变化的新取向、中国煤炭供与需区块化逆向格局的新取向、中国煤炭公铁运输方式政策变革的新取向、煤炭清洁化供给及消费的新取向、中国煤炭企业向"两商模式"转型的新取向、煤炭企业管控方式变革的新取向、煤炭企业管理创新与升级的新取向、煤炭智慧建设的新取向。

In the new era,aiming at the changes in China’s coal market and coal enterprises,eight new strategic orientations were proposed for the development of coal industry, including the new orientation of global coal industry development and changes,the new orientation of China’s coal supply and demand block reversed pattern,the new orientation of policy reform of coal railway transportation mode,the new orientation of coal clean supply and consumption,the new orientation of China coal enterprise’s transition to "two business model",the new orientation of coal enterprise management and control mode reform,the new orientation of coal enterprise management innovation and upgrading,the new orientation of coal wisdom construction.
