摘要
借鉴Denison组织文化模型,参照煤炭企业生产运营特点,提取了4区间12维度共36项企业文化指标构建了煤炭企业文化评价量表,并以榆林新能源有限公司为样本进行量表数据收集和因子分析,以此推断影响煤炭企业文化建设的关键因子,构建了具有行业特色的煤炭企业文化测量体系,有助于企业实施文化问题诊断和质量提升。
Drawing on the organizational culture model of Denison,referring to the characteristics of production and operation of coal enterprises,a total of 36 corporate culture indicators of 4 sections and 12 dimensions were extracted to construct a coal enterprise culture evaluation scale,data collection and factors analysis were conducted with the Yulin New Energy Co.,Ltd. as a sample,and the key factors affecting the cultural construction of coal enterprises were inferred,a cultural measurement system was built for coal enterprises with industry characteristics,which helped enterprises to implement cultural problem diagnosis and quality improvement.
