内科病房呼叫器频繁呼叫的原因与护理对策

The causes of frequent calls and nursing countermeasures in the medical ward

目的探讨内科病房呼叫器频繁呼叫的原因,并针对原因找出相应的护理对策。方法分析2017年10~11月期间本院内科病房呼叫器频繁呼叫的原因,对呼叫原因、时间段数据进行分析整理,并提出相应的护理对策。结果从原因分析中可以看出,造成内科病房呼叫器频繁呼叫的主要原因包括更换输液瓶、输液拔针或封管以及输液外渗;从时间段分析中可以看出,内科病房呼叫器呼叫的时间段主要集中在8∶00~14∶00,给予护理干预后,呼叫器呼叫次数显著减少,干预前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对内科病房呼叫器频繁呼叫发生的原因及时间段,通过调整排班以及提高护理人员主动服务意识等,可有效减少内科病房呼叫器呼叫次数,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the causes of frequent calls in medical ward and find corresponding nursing countermeasures. MethodsThe reasons for frequent call of the call device in the (Department of internal medicine of our hospital during the period from October to November 2017 were collected, the causes and time period data were analyzed and sorted out, and corresponding nursing countermeasures were put forward. ResultsFrom the analysis of the causes of it can be seen that the main cause of frequent medical ward pager call including replacement infusion bottle, infusion needle or tube sealing and infusion extravasation;Can be seen from the analysis of time, the medical ward pager call period mainly concentrated in 8∶ 00-14∶ 00 . After nursing intervention, the number of callers dropped significantly,the difference was statistically significant before and after intervention( P <0. 05). ConclusionAccording to the medical ward pager frequently call the cause and the time period, by adjusting the scheduling and improve the nurses consciousness of initiative service, etc., can effectively reduce the medical ward pager is frequent calls, improve patient satisfaction.
