摘要 利用城市建筑垃圾中的水泥块和废弃红砖、钾长石及其复配组合对污染土壤中的重金属进行钝化处理,根据调理剂对有效态镉的稳定效率对调理剂的材料进行筛选,同时通过BCR形态分级试验研究土壤中的重金属镉在钝化前后的各个形态的变化。结果表明:(1)在单组分材料的钝化试验中,钾长石的钝化效果最好,且3种组分的钝化能力大小依次为:钾长石>水泥块>废弃红砖。(2)在其复合组配剂的再筛选试验中,水泥灰∶钾长石=1∶2对有效态镉的钝化效果最好,稳定效率达到了41.2%。(3)钝化能力强弱排序为:水泥灰∶钾长石>红砖灰∶钾长石>水泥灰>红砖灰∶水泥灰∶钾长石>钾长石>红砖灰。(4)在土壤中添加不同比例的水泥灰∶钾长石(1∶2)混和物的钝化试验表明,以添加1%的水泥灰∶钾长石处理效果最好。 Heavy metals in polluted soil were passivated by cement blocks and waste red bricks in municipal construction waste, potassium feldspar and their combinations. According to the stabilization efficiency of conditioner for available cadmium, the materials of conditioner were screened, and the morphological changes of heavy metal cadmium in soil before and after passivation were studied by BCR morphological grading test. The results showed that:(1) Potassium feldspar had the best passivation effect in the passivation test of single component materials, and the passivation ability of three components was in turn from high to low: potassium feldspar, cement block, waste red brick.(2) In the re-screening test of its compound formulation, the ration of cement ash to potassium feldspar was 1:2 had the best passivation effect on available cadmium, and the stabilization efficiency reached 41.2%.(3) The order of passivation ability from high to low is: the ration of cement ash to potassium feldspar, the ration of red brick ash to potassium feldspar, cement ash, the ration of red brick ash to cement ash to potassium feldspar, potassium feldspar, red brick lime.(4) Passivation test with different proportions of cement ash and potassium feldspar (1:2) mixture in soil showed that the effect of 1% mixture was the best.
