摘要
为了研究不同起始密度下的斜生栅藻对富营养化水体的净化作用,设置A、B、C、D、E共5个处理组,分别按0、1×10^4、2×10^4、4×10^4、8×10^4个/mL投入不同密度的斜生栅藻,测定化学需氧量(COD)、总磷、总氮、氨氮4个指标,同时每天对斜生栅藻生物量进行计数。结果显示:不同起始密度的斜生栅藻的生长情况不同,试验后期,各处理组的斜生栅藻出现不同程度的衰亡;C、D、E处理组的总磷、总氮和氨氮的浓度整体呈现降低趋势,且都低于对照组。试验结果证实斜生栅藻对富营养化水体中总氮、氨氮和总磷的去除有一定效果,且藻类密度高,去除效果显著。
Purification effects of Scenedesmus obliquus on eutrophic water under different initial densities were conducted in labortory. The experiments were divided into five groups: group A (0 cell/mL), group B (1×10^4 cells/mL), group C (2×10^4 cells/mL), group D (4×10^4 cells/mL) and group E (8×10^4 cells/mL). Chemical oxygen demand (COD), total phosphorus (TP), total nitrogen (TN) and ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) were tested and the biomass of Scenedesmus obliquus was calculated daily. The results showed that the growth situation of Scenedesmus obliquus was different under each initial density and the varying degrees of decay of Scenedesmus obliquus in all groups were observed in the later period of the experiment. The concentrations of TP, TN and NH3-N in group C, D and E gradually decreased, which were all lower than that of group A. The results above indicated Scenedesmus obliquus could remove nitrogen and phosphorus, and the removal efficiency increased with the biomass increasing of Scenedesmus obliquus.
