摘要
综合分析了近年来重金属对农田节肢动物影响的研究概况。通过解析农田节肢动物对重金属的富集及生理机制,分析了节肢动物对重金属的代谢和解毒、重金属影响节肢动物的生长发育和繁殖、重金属影响节肢动物的种群生态等内容,发现重金属可通过多种方式传递和富集在农田节肢动物体内,对其产生各种生理、生态的毒性影响。这种毒性作用受重金属种类、暴露途径、机体的生物学特性、地球化学特性等多种因素的综合影响而表现出差异性。最后,针对目前存在的问题提出了未来的研究方向。
A comprehensive analysis of the recent studies on the effects of heavy metals on farmland arthropods was made. By analyzing the accumulation and physiological mechanism of heavy metals in farmland arthropods, the metabolism and detoxification of heavy metals by farmland arthropods, the effects of heavy metals on the growth and reproduction of arthropods, and the effects of heavy metals on the population ecology of arthropods were analyzed. It was found that heavy metals could be transmitted and enriched in many ways in farmland arthropods, resulting in a variety of physiological and ecological toxic effects. This toxicity was influenced by the kinds of heavy metals, exposure pathways, biological and geochemical characteristics of organisms, and showed differences. Finally, the future research directions were put forward in view of the existing problems.
