教学任务分配与教师教学综合能力密切相关,教师的综合能力受多因素影响,合理确定各因素评价权重系数是问题的关键。提出利用改进的三角模糊数层次分析法(TFAHP)建立综合评价模型,给出教学任务分配优化模型评估指标系统构建实例。该方法算法简便,模型描述细致准确,结果证明应用TFAHP能更加精确地反映人的主观思维。

Teaching task assignment is closely related to teachers' comprehensive teaching ability. The comprehensive ability of teachers is affected by many factors. It is the key of the problem to reasonably determine the weight factor of evaluation. Proposes an improved Triangular Fuzzy Number Analytic Hierarchy Process (TFAHP) to establish a comprehensive evaluation model. The algorithm is simple and the model de scription is accurate. Finally, gives an example to construct the evaluation index system of teaching task assignment optimization model. The results show that TFAHP can more accurately reflect people's subjective thinking.
