关键链技术在信息系统开发项目进度管理中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 信息系统的实施需要信息技术、系统科学、管理科学等不同学科专业技术和方法论,这其中信息系统项目的进度管理对最终能否顺利交付和使用信息系统起着决定性的作用。结合信息系统项目特点,以关键链进度管理理论为支撑,研究适合于信息系统项目的进度管理模型,并以此能够对相关实践起到指导作用。结合具体实例,对所建模型进行实证分析并应用蒙特卡洛方法对进度管理过程进行量化验证。此外,在具体的实例分析过程中,以概率分析方法为基础,借助计算机产生大量实验数据可有效证明所述模型在项目工期估计和缓冲区利用两方面具有较高的精确度和良好的可实践性。 The implementation of the information system requires professional technologies and methods of information technology, system science, management science and other different disciplines, among which the schedule management of information system plays a decisive role in the final delivery and application of information system. Therefore, on the basis of the characteristics of information system project, theoreti cally supported by critical chain schedule management, conducts a research on schedule management model suitable for information sys tem project in order to offer a guidance for relevant practice. Based on the analysis of the relevant literature, combining with specific exam ple, makes an empirical analysis on the model and a quantitative validation on the project management process with Monte Carlo method. In addition, in the process of specific example analysis, on the basis of probability analysis method, together with the aid of the computer to generate a large amount of experimental data, it can be effectively proved that the stated model has higher accuracy and good practicality in estimating project duration and buffer utilization.
