摘要
在对煤矿井下的原煤运输作业存在的问题进行阐述与分析的基础上,充分说明了设计落煤装置的重要意义,进而从物理力学的角度对皮带运输机落煤装置的受力方向、原理以及三角形夹角的选择问题进行深入的计算、设计与分析,并对落煤装置的具体结构以及材料选择进行了论证、设计,以期为同类皮带运输落煤装置的设计提供有效参考。
On the basis of expounding and analyzing the problems existing in raw coal transportation operation under coal mine,this paper fully explains the significance of designing coal falling device.Then,from the point of view of physics and mechanics,the bearing direction,principle and the choice of triangle angle of belt conveyor are calculated,designed and analyzed.Then the concrete structure and material selection of the coal falling device are demonstrated and designed in order to provide an effective reference for improving the efficiency of belt transportation coal falling device.
