第四代篦冷机进风口的改造设计

摘要 以第四代篦冷机为研究对象,分析其当前的运行现状,并着重分析导致其冷却效果差及热回收效率较低的原因,从而提出了对第四代篦冷机进风口及篦板上下方密封板的改造措施,为有效解决篦冷机实际应用中的冷却效果差、热回收效率低等问题奠定了一定基础。 Taking the fourth generation grate cooler as the research object,this paper analyzes the current operation status of the grate cooler,and focuses on the reasons for the low cooling effect and heat recovery efficiency of the fourth generation grate cooler.Therefore,the concept of reforming the air inlet of the fourth generation grate cooler and the upper and lower seal plate of the grate cooler is put forward,which lays a certain foundation for effectively solving the problems of poor cooling effect and low heat recovery efficiency in the practical application of the grate cooler.
