摘要
针对当前井下单轨吊机车存在的频繁落道隐患事故,对单轨吊机车结构进行了优化改造。首先介绍KGE17矿用跑偏传感器,探析单轨吊机车防落道装置结构技术特征及工作原理,阐述轨道挂接方式优化,并评估应用效果。改进后,双锚杆紧固无断裂情况发生,减少了意外断道造成的落道事故,提高了机车运行的安全性。
In view of the frequent hidden danger accidents of underground monorail crane locomotives, the structure of monorail crane locomotives is optimized and reformed. This paper first introduces the KGE17 mine run-off sensor,probes into the technical characteristics and working principle of the anti-fall track device for monorail crane locomotives, expounds the optimization of rail connection mode, and evaluates the application effect. After the improvement, the double bolt fastening and no fracture occurs, which reduces the accident caused by accidental road break and improves the safety of locomotive operation.
