摘要
在生产过程中,不同的输送长度,需要定制各自的带式输送机,从而造成设备的利用率较低,由此设计了伸缩臂用于移动带式输送机中。以设计的三段式的桁架式伸缩臂为例,对其进行了静力学仿真分析。结果显示,所设计的结构可以满足系统使用的刚度需求,实现不同输送长度的调整。
In order to improve the efficiency and flexibility of the transportation, the belt conveyor is often used. In the production process, different conveying lengths are different, and the respective belt conveyors are required to be customized, so that the utilization rate of the equipment is lower, and the telescopic arm is designed to be used for moving the belt conveyor. In this paper, a three-section three-section type telescopic boom is used as an example, and the static simulation analysis is carried out. The results show that the designed structure can meet the rigidity requirement of the system and realize the adjustment of different delivery lengths.
