摘要
采煤机在使用过程中已经远远不能满足生产的需求,尤其是截割部出现故障的频次越来越高,阻碍了井下的正常生产,因此针对某矿MG400/940-WD型采煤机截割部在使用过程中出现的壳体变形、高速端轴承损坏以及传动噪声大的问题,进行了相应的改进设计,并确定了截割部的传动方式及电动机形式,改进了摇臂的结构。实践表明,通过上述改进设计后的截割部使用效果良好,提高了采煤机的回采效率。
The shearer has been far from meeting the demand of production in the process of use,especially the frequency of the failure of the cutting section is increasing,which hinders the normal production of the coal mine.In view of the problems of shell deformation,bearing damage at the high speed end and high transmission noise in the cutting part of MG400/940-WD shearer in a certain mine,the corresponding improvement design is carried out.The transmission mode and motor form of the cutting part are determined,and the structure of the rocker arm is improved.The practice shows that the use effect of the cutting part after the improved design is good.
