摘要 分析了掘进机回转台在水平截割工况工作状态下的受力情况,结合油缸、截割臂等部件绘制了该工况下的回转台受力示意图,并且根据图纸几何参数得出了回转台横向受力最大的情况;建立了回转台三维模型,并对其进行了有限元分析,找出了受力最大的位置,并且有针对性地进行结构优化,改善了回转台的受力情况。 This paper analyzes the force acting on the turntable of roadheader under the working condition of horizontal cutting,and draws the schematic diagram of the rotating table under this working condition combined with the oil cylinder,cutting arm and other parts.According to the geometric parameters of the drawing,the maximum transverse force of the turntable is obtained.The three-dimensional model of the turntable is established,and the finite element analysis is carried out,and the position of the maximum force is found out,and the structural optimization is carried out to improve the force of the turntable.
