摘要 以某军用电子机箱为研究对象,利用Solidedge三维建模软件建立电子机箱的实体模型,将其适当简化后无缝导入ANSYS Workbench软件中,进行模态分析。根据振动试验要求,得到其前6阶模态固有频率数值,并提取前三阶振型,得到前三阶振型图。分析结果可为避免电子机箱发生共振和加强其结构抗振性能提供参考依据。 Taking a military electronic chassis as the research object,the solid model of the electronic chassis is established by using Solidedge three-dimensional modeling software,and the simplified model is seamlessly imported into ANSYS Workbench software for modal analysis.According to the requirements of vibration test,the natural frequencies of the first six modes are obtained,and the first three modes are extracted,and the first three modes are obtained.The analysis results can provide a reference for avoiding resonance of electronic chassis and strengthening the anti-vibration performance of its structure.
