摘要
介绍了陶瓷材料LDM法3D打印成型技术的工艺原理,阐述了一种适用于该法的紫砂泥料的制备技术,对满足LDM法3D打印成型工艺紫砂泥料的工艺参数进行了分析与量化控制,并测试了烧结后样品的密度和收缩率。
This paper introduces the process principle of the forming technology by LDM method and 3D printing with ceramic material. It describes the preparation technology for Zisha mud. The process parameters of the zisha mud are analyzed, their quantitive control is explored, and the density and shrinkage of the sintered samples are measured.
