摘要
瓷质饮酒具的演变历程与同时期酒质高低情况关系紧密,酒品质量的上升在瓷质饮酒具中得以体现。通过分析景德镇饮酒具碗、盏、杯在经唐至宋间趋小而精,与瓷质食具、饮茶具分离,而逐渐专用,结合当时主要酒品及饮用风习,来解析酒质提升过程中,瓷质饮酒具在形制、造型、装饰上的具体改进因素。
The evolution course of porcelain wine drinking vessels has a close relation with the variation of wine quality throughout the time. The improvement of the alcoholic drink quality is reflected in porcelain alcoholic drinking vessels from Tang Dynasty to Song Dynasty. Observations show wine bowls, cups and cup stands in Jingdezhen became smaller and more exquisite during this period. They were gradually separated from tablewares and tea drinking vessels, and began to be used for their own special purpose. This paper will analyze the factors improving porcelain alcoholic drinking vessels in their structure, shape, size and ornament in combination with the drinks categorization and drinking habits along the enhancement course of vinosity.
