摘要 应用Matlab仿真分析软件对截割机构上截齿排布对截割时的动力学特性的影响进行了分析,通过对截齿各排列因素的分析选定以不同的截齿截线间距为研究对象[1],根据现有截齿的截线等间距分布规律及截齿截割作业时的截割规律设置优化后的截线间距为由前到后逐渐增加,使截线的间距分布规律和截割机构截割作业时的截割阻力分布规律及截割作业时的煤层的压张效应相符合,从而分析优化前后的截线间距。该优化方案极大地提升了掘进机掘进作业时的稳定性,减轻了截割作业时对截齿的磨损,增加了掘进机截割机的使用寿命。 The influence of the cutting pick arrangement on the dynamic characteristics of the cutting mechanism on the cutting mechanism is analyzed by using the Matlab simulation analysis software.according to the regular interval distribution law of the existing cutting pick and the cutting rule set during the cutting operation of the cutting pick,And the interval distribution law of the coal seam and the cutting resistance distribution law in the cutting operation of the cutting mechanism and the pressing effect of the coal seam at the time of cutting and cutting are matched,so that the interval between the front and the back of the optimization is analyzed.change the optimization scheme to a great extent It increases the stability of roadheader tunneling operation,reduces the wear and tear of cutter during cutting operation,and increases the service life of roadheader cutting machine.
