摘要
近年来,景德镇陶瓷电子商务得到了快速发展,取得了一定成绩,但也出现了一系列问题,业界试图通过O2O模式来有效解决此类问题。本文试图构建景德镇陶瓷电子商务O2O平台,拟从平台功能设置、业务流程、平台架构及平台保障等角度加以展开,以期有效整合各类资源,实现线上线下相结合,寻求景德镇陶瓷电子商务发展的新思路和新途径。
In recent years, Jingdezhen ceramic e-commerce has achieved rapid development, but a series of problems have also emerged. Efforts have made to solve such problems effectively through the O2O model. This paper attempts to build an O2O platform for Jingdezhen ceramic e-commerce from the perspectives of platform function setting, business process, platform architecture and platform security, effectively integrating various resources to realize the combination of the online and offline interactions, so as to seek new ideas and new approaches for the development of Jingdezhen ceramic e-commerce.
