高压煤浆泵隔膜泄漏问题的分析改进

Analysis and Improvement of Diaphragm Leakage in High Pressure Coal Slurry Pump

针对一种由德国生产制造的用于水煤浆水冷壁加压气化的高压煤浆泵,分析了其在试生产过程中出现隔膜泄漏问题的几种形式及泄露原因,提出相应的改进方法并分析其改进效果。

In view of a kind of high pressure coal slurry pump produced by Germany,which is used in the pressurized gasification process of coal water slurry water wall,several forms and causes of diaphragm leakage in the trial production process are analyzed.The corresponding improvement method is put forward and its effect is described.
