摘要
首先对大采高两柱式液压支架的整体结构特点和受力状况进行了分析,研究在不同受力条件下大采高两柱式液压支架的承载特性,并对大采高两柱式液压支架的适用范围进行了分析。结果表明大采高两柱式液压支架的承载能力受平衡千斤顶工作范围的影响,主要将有效承载能力限定在顶梁的柱窝区,通过加大平衡千斤顶及立式液压支柱的阻力能够提升液压支架的承载能力,大采高两柱式液压支架因采用平衡千斤顶结构,因此可以方便地调整改变巷道顶部作用在支架顶板上的冲击载荷的位置,能灵活地适应一般综放工作面高效、安全的支护要求。
The structural characteristics and stress condition of the hydraulic support with large mining height and two columns are analyzed,and the bearing characteristics of the hydraulic support with high mining height and two columns under different stress conditions are studied.The applicable range of two-column hydraulic support with large mining height is analyzed.The results show that the load carrying capacity of the hydraulic support with large mining height and two columns is affected by the working range of the balanced Jack.The effective bearing capacity is mainly limited to the pillar pit area of the top beam,and by increasing the balance Jack and the vertical hydraulic support,the bearing capacity of the support is limited to that of the roof beam.The resistance of the hydraulic support can enhance the bearing capacity of the hydraulic support.Because of the use of the balanced Jack structure,the two-pillar hydraulic support with high mining height can easily adjust the position of the impact load acting on the roof of the support by changing the position of the top of the roadway.It can flexibly adapt to the high efficiency and safe support requirements of the general fully mechanized top coal caving face.
