摘要
基于有限元法,利用UG三维建模软件建立四柱式支撑掩护支架的三维结构模型来分析液压支架的受力和变形,通过分析和模拟试验,得出整个支架的应力和变形分布以及重要结构件的应力分布和模态状况,并利用图形的方式直观地表现出所有应力分布情况,为后续液压支架的结构优化和设计提供了理论基础。
Based on the finite element method,the three-dimensional structure model of the four-column support is established by using UG software to analyze the force and deformation of the hydraulic support,and through the analysis and simulation test,The stress and deformation distribution of the whole support and the stress distribution and modal status of important structural members are obtained,and all stress distributions are displayed intuitively by means of graphics.It provides a theoretical basis for the structural optimization and design of the subsequent hydraulic support.
