摘要
为了明确采煤机综采作业时的截割深度对整机综合性能的影响,采用离散元分析的方法对不同截深情况下采煤机的装煤性能、截割比能耗等方面进行研究。结果表明:当采煤机的截割深度为1000mm时,采煤机的装煤效率最高,同时降低综采作业时的截割深度有利于减少截齿磨损、减小损耗,提高截割效率。
In order to clarify the influence of cutting depth on the comprehensive performance of shearer,discrete element analysis method is used to study the coal loading performance and cutting specific energy consumption of shearer under different cutting depths.The results show that when the cutting depth of the shearer is 1000mm,the coal loading efficiency of the shearer is the highest,and reducing the cutting depth of the fully mechanized mining operation is beneficial to reduce the cutting wear,reduce the loss and improve the cutting efficiency.
