摘要
为了提高选煤厂排矸系统分选效率,保证选煤厂安全高效选煤,大同煤矿集团煤炭洗选公司精煤分公司晋华宫选煤厂通过技术研究,提出XQZ型重介浅槽分选机,并对选煤厂原排矸系统进行优化,最终在选煤厂中进行应用。实践得出,采用XQZ-1622型重介浅槽分选机进行煤矸筛选,不仅能够将原有的部分设备进行保留,与新的设备完美衔接,而且该系统使用维护方便、成本较低,对将来洗煤厂的自动化、大型化发展具有重大的意义。
In order to improve the separation efficiency of gangue discharge system in coal preparation plant and ensure the safety and high efficiency of coal preparation plant,Jinhuagong Coal preparation Plant of Datong Coal Mine Group Coal washing Company has passed the technical research.The XQZ heavy medium shallow trough separator is proposed to optimize the original gangue discharge system in the coal preparation plant and its application in the coal preparation plant.The practice shows that the selection of gangue with XQZ-1622 heavy medium shallow groove separator can not only retain some of the existing equipment,but also connect with the new equipment perfectly,and the system is easy to use and maintain,and the cost is relatively low.It is of great significance to the automation and large-scale of the coal-washing plant in the future.
