摘要
针对破碎机常见的轴承与密封元件失效故障,提出了相应的改进措施。为了避免轴承变形,同时为了操作的方便,将破碎机传动装置的悬臂支撑结构改为旋转双支撑结构,为了使轴承以及密封元件更好地散热,增加了液化水冷却循环系统。改进后,破碎机故障率明显降低,有效地保证了破碎机的工作效率。
Aiming at the failure of bearing and seal element in crusher,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.In order to avoid bearing deformation and to operate conveniently,the cantilever support structure of crusher transmission device is changed into rotating double support structure.For better heat dissipation of bearing and sealing element,the liquid water cooling circulation system is added.After the improvement,the failure probability of the crusher is obviously reduced,and the working efficiency of the crusher is effectively guaranteed.
