Design and Application of ST1000 Belt Conveyor with Large Inclination Angle

基于某矿采区工作面的实际开采情况,针对该矿主斜井运输系统的运输能力与工作面的生产能力不相适应,阻碍了井下作业正常进行的问题,研制并设计了ST1000型大倾角强力皮带运输机。在矿井中应用改造后的运输机,不仅提高了原煤的运送能力,减少了维护检修的次数以及运输作业的环节,还降低了运输机的运行成本,可为类似条件下皮带运输机的优化改造提供借鉴和经验。

Based on the actual mining situation of the working face in this mining area,the belt conveyor is developed according to the fact that the transportation capacity of the transportation system of the main inclined shaft of a mine is not suitable to the production capacity of the working face,which hinders the normal operation of the underground operation.The ST1000 strong belt conveyor with large inclination angle is designed.The application of the revamped transporter in the mine not only improves the transport capacity of raw coal,reduces the times of maintenance and the link of transportation operation,but also reduces the operating cost of the transporter.It provides a reference and experience for the optimization of belt conveyor under similar conditions.
