摘要
针对胶带机保护装置中由于客观条件而导致使用效果不好的堆煤保护装置和钢丝绳芯断裂抽绳等保护装置进行了研究改进。该次改进是在结合李雅庄煤矿的现场状况下,重新设计制作了箱体结构式的堆煤保护装置和触动式输送带抽绳保护装置,并通过了试验验证,有效保障了胶带机的安全可靠运行。
In this paper,the coal stacking protection device and the broken rope drawing device of steel wire rope core in the protective device of belt conveyor are studied and improved because of the poor application effect of objective conditions.Under the field condition of Liyazhuang Coal Mine,the box structure coal stacking protection device and the touch conveyor belt rope drawing protection device have been redesigned and manufactured,and have passed the test and verification.It effectively ensures the safe and reliable operation of the tape machine.
